The bread was burnt beyond edibility. This is the fourth time Madison McDonalds has completely messed up my order. Last time I was told I would be credited but when I went to collect they had no record of it. SMH

I ordered two Steak Egg Cheese Bagels and only received one. For the Big Breakfast® with Steak it had pancakes for some reason and it never came with the hashbrown. The steak also came all smooshed inside of the packaging. I am disappointed and would want better supervising in how they are packaging the orders.

Fast service, but the large fry was barely half full and there was no straw. Good, but could be a lot better.

I did not receive my mayo packets and they instead replaced it with hot mustard?? If it was out of stock it would've been nice to get a notification from the restaurant, or at least a more regular dipping sauce like bbq or ketchup?
