Cold and stale. Terrible portion for the price and the sundae was empty in the middle and barely any chocolate sauce. Don't think I'd order again.

I couldn’t reach out to them through the contact number provided, I guess it’s out of service. I wanted to add vanilla syrup in my coffee there was no option to do so, their menu has some issues. So, I paid extra for soy milk & almond milk. I called my delivery guy to please let me talk to the manager, I asked for almond milk & vanilla syrup instead of soy milk. I tried to explain it to her and she kept saying I didn’t pay extra all though I did. DoorDash should verify the menu before uploading it. It has never happened that there is no option for adding syrups in the coffee at McDonald’s. Very very disappointed.

this happens to my orders all the time. workers always forgetting something in the order. like the hash browns that comes with Hotcakes with Syrup Combo wasn't in there.
