• 2/5/26As per usual,caramel not added to coffee...pay$1.45 for a shot of caramel and every time it is not added...more care needs to be taken when reading orders

• 10/12/24ordered Classic Grilled Chicken Salad with extra cucumber and chicken. only received a box of lettuce, two slices of tomato (the ones sliced for the burgers), no cucumbers, no salad dressing, no pepitas satchet and half of a grilled chicken piece. disappointed is an understatement.

• 11/7/26I was disappointed with my order. The food didn’t taste fresh at all, and the flavours were very bland. It felt like it had been sitting for a while rather than being made fresh. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order this meal again unless the quality improves.
