Always get everything I ordered, if I go in store and say I don't get a cup they always give me one, tastes amazing always, the portions are good, my food is always fresh, and I would definitely order again.

The new McDonald's is not consistent enough. I've had over cooked nuggets and burgers from there. They constantly will forget the sauces with your order. The soda I just got with my food isn't even filled all the way and I JUST opened my bag. Looks like someone took a drink out of it but the bag was sealed so that shouldn't be possible. You kinda know what you should be getting when you order McDonalds and this store just isn't giving that.

this is the second time I have ordered from this location and for the second time they shorted me 1 hash brown when ordered 2..
Perhaps retrain your people to know how to READ THE ORDER and UNDERSTAND WHAT ALL COMES WITH A MEAL.
A Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddles® Meal comes with 1 hashbrown ALREADY! When I order 2 extra should have 3 hash browns NOT 2. Not like it was a complicated order.
if I could ZERO stars or whatever I will. get it together or I'll gladly take my business to Burger King which has a better breakfast menu

The big arch just sort of tastes soggy, it doesn't have any actual flavor.
