Unfortunately this is what my sandwich looked like when I opened the container. Clearly the filet was not thoroughly cooked, it was completely microwaved as to why the cheese was overcooked on the sandwich. This is what happens when you opt out of other places that take longer to arrive. Fast food?

I had a very disappointing experience with McDonald’s. My burger arrived noticeably pink in the middle, which made me question whether it had been cooked properly. For a restaurant that serves millions of customers every day, I expect food safety and quality to be a top priority.
I couldn’t eat the burger because I didn’t feel comfortable taking the risk, so the meal ended up being a waste of money. This experience has made me lose confidence in the consistency of their food preparation. I hope McDonald’s takes food safety more seriously and improves its quality control so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

not enough caramel in my frappe... it was just drizzled on top. the cup wasnt even full enough for the whipped cream to reach the lid... Unlike literally every other mcdonalds.

I never had a problem with this location until today. Meat was undercooked. Big Mac was dry because they put a dab of sauce on it.. Definitely was an off night so i still gave them a 5 star because of the stores consistency 10:01pm on June 21st..
