Paid extra for a large fry and the container was half full. Big Mac was pretty dry. Not great for a $20 meal

I don't usually have a problem but yesterday the chicken was overcooked and the fries were undercooked it was nasty and the dasher was fine.

I have to stop ordering from McDonald's The gristle and their burgers is just overwhelming. And honestly tastes like more gristle than meat. They should be ashamed of themselves. I'm 72 years old and trust me the way it taste now and the way it was some 10 to 20 years ago is such a difference they should not be in business. Since their main business is hamburgers.

I have such a quarrel with McDonald's coffee. I got the Iced Coffee and it was essentially a cup of sugar water. Why is it off-white? I want coffee with some cream. Not cream with some coffee. And, please tone down the sugar. Add some options for customization.
The Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit Meal was okay. The hash browns weren't as good as I remember from years ago. The bacon wasn't crispy, so it was wasted, unfortunately.The biscuit and eggs were overcooked, though.
It was still edible, but wasn't really enjoyable. Bummer.
