Food was lukewarm. Buns of Big Mac were hard. The Homestyle Burger seemed smaller than usual, bun hard, and meat was kinda burnt. Still ate it, but very disappointed.

Very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order around 10:00 AM, and it didn’t arrive until 12:35 PM. This was not the delivery driver’s fault—she was given a hard time by the restaurant and had to wait much longer than she should have.
To make matters worse, I paid extra for a side of jalapeños and never received them. By the time my food arrived, it was cold and no longer enjoyable. If customers are paying for additional items, they should receive them, and food should not be sitting long enough to become cold before it leaves the restaurant.
Overall, poor service, missing items, and cold food. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers don’t have the same experience.
