drinks were great pancakes were good and the sandwiches were hot and delicious. but there was no butter no utensils nor syrup for the pancakes

Every time I order from this McDonald's they always put the French Fries upside down in the bag. It never fails. 2 orders of French Fries and they stuff them in the bag upside down. So all the fries end up in the bag. Very frustrating.

I normally don't write these but I figured this could help the location improve their services.
I won't blame my dasher for the messed up order, as they don't cook and package the food.
But I had ordered meals, well the drinks were missing entirely. I ordered my kid a happy meal 6 piece chicken nugget meal with extra fries and a toy and he ended up with a hamburger, apple slices and no toy. He didn't even get his drink so because he didn't get what he wanted, he didn't want to eat. The only thing missing from my order was my drink. However, everything was fresh and tasted good. This is a usual order for me so I'll order again. This location needs to improve on their services though.

I don't usually make public reviews (only private), but for me, ordering late, and it was about to be closed in 15 minutes? wow! food was hot, tasted good not like other restaurants that gives you whatever (not what you ordered) and the food is over cooked or old. our dasher handled the food with care, and thanks to everyone. happy customer 😍
