my fries were delicious and fresh, everyone enjoyed their sandwiches as well. i love this location: they always get my order right

My husband and I haven't ordered burgers from McDonalds in quite some time. Wow we cannot believe what we received. Both sandwiches had ultra thin, dried out patties! The buns were also stale. My McDouble was thinner than a single burger and the Big Mac was no better. My burger has one slice of cheese, 2 pickles and barely any ketchup. The weight of the two burgers on the Big Mac has drastically decreased! Not sure which store this was from but thinking South Nevada COS. Absolutely deserve a refund. As they say "where's the beef" BTW fries were cold and we live 2 miles from the store.

the nuggets were a little too crispy, and the burgers were quite thin, even for regular cheeseburgers. overall it was ok though

Too whom it may concern:
I am a frequent user of DoorDash and had never had to write a review or leave a complaint. But this evening I worked late at work and I was too tired to cook so I just decided to order McDonald's when I received my items. I ordered two large fries. One of my fries were fine, but the other one was halfway full. It is very upsetting and disappointing.

I ordered food. Got my food delivered but was missing items so I called in to ask and the person answered told me my order left a while ago then hung up on me. I tried calling again and they didn't answer. Bad customer service!!
