Egg mc muffin was sub par but the five hashbrowns I ordered were all undercooked, had to finish cooking them in the airfryer. Not great experiences from this store with delivery, drive thru or in person. Poor execution on all fronts

First I order a quarter pounder with just ketchup and mustard no tomato's or mayonnaise, unless the quarter pounder comes with mayo. And man I can taste the salt on both the hamburger and fries.

My order clearly says Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal with no ketchup, and somehow they managed to not add bacon and added ketchup.  Like no joke 9/10 times I ordered from this place It's wrong.

Didn't get everything ordered again for the 3rd, time, no napkins, no straw for the drinks. The just don't pay attention anymore.
