Sent two small Dr Pepper® instead of the 2 large I paid for. Ordered a fried Fried Apple & Blueberry Creme Pie , the apple pie was so hard you couldn't bite into it and the blueberry pie was baked instead of fried.

order was wrong There is no cheese on my burger. After asking for extra cheese. The fries were cold and the soda was flat like there was no syrup in the machine. I also received a small fry instead of the one I ordered.

The McFlurry was the highlight of my order cold, creamy, and packed with the best oreocrush just like it should be. However, the rest of the meal missed the mark. The fries were stale and lacked that fresh crunch, and the McCrispy sandwich was disappointing. It was dry, hard to bite into, and missing the pickle, which usually adds that extra zing. Still giving 2 stars because delivery was quick and the dessert hit the spot, but the meal itself could’ve been much better.

Was missing Sausage McMuffin® with Egg and 5 Fried Apple Pie
usually a good experience. But this is very expensive and not the first time it's happened. Because we cannot come to the store, someone is left out and we have to share or figure something else out - a refund and I'm sorry doesn't always fix things. Very inconvenient. Please recheck large orders more than once. Thank you.
