did not receive Ketchup Packet, dipping sauce, straws. all were checked to be sent.apple pies were old. some of the fries were not fully cooked...raw.
past few order from this McDonalds have been like this.

Burgers old and all three large fries were only half way filled. Burger put together upside down.

the spicy chicken nugget sandwich wasn't spicy and it was very skimpy and seemed over cooked. the bacon on the sandwich wasn't cooked enough.

The French Fries have really gone downhill at this location. So bland, flavorless, and hardly has any salt on it. I got Sweet N Sour Dipping Sauce to help cope with the lack of flavor, but of course, it was forgotten. Which is a common theme, since they'll always forget something in your order. The Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese is alright though. Definitely a step up from their other burgers that taste like mystery meat.
