• 9/7/26only downfall were the fries.
all 4x fries were not fresh. they looked like they were from yesterday and then reheated yuck!!!
we paid extra to get large only to bin them due to the quality

• 25/12/22The BBQ Bacon Angus was so overcooked it was inedible.The meat patty was black and the bacon was dried out and so tough I couldn't bite through it. A very unpleasant meal I do not want to repeat. I had to throw the burger out.

• 3/2/25my chips are always cold and disgusting, not worth eating, not worth the money.. don't eat their chips unless you get them fresh.

• 28/3/26The whole thing is so disappointing they package it and it gets sent with sauce all throughout the bag, they don't add items of my order on most occasions and if they do it's poorly made
