I ordered a hot cross bun, however, store didn't have any in stock. So instead of letting me go without,  they substituted it with a muffin and a lovely note on the bag on how I can get a refund. 

Not refund necessary. Muffin was better than the bun. Thank you Maccas :)

The Double Quarter Pounder burger itself was great. It was constructed with care (not like it was thrown together and slapped in a box) and it tasted great.

The chips however were appalling. Unseasoned and wet.

As is the usual, so many items missing again. I guess we should be lucky we received our coffee. But seriously, management should really be addressing this issue as this is a consistent problem.  We spent $56 at this store this morning and only received 2 coffees and a muffin. Really really poor service.

Got a large drink and this is the portion. Absolutely ridiculous looks like the put medium in a large cup.

Unfortunately, I had to throw out my entire order :( Hot cross bun was stale - hard as a brick. Furthermore, the milk in my flat white was sour. Possibly spoilt. These guys a usually really good.
