Usually, with smithfield maccas i expect my order to go wrong in some way or another. However, as of late, smithfields maccas is starting to get back on the right track. On about 4-5 occasions ive received my orders correctly, majority fresh and packed efficiently and neatly. im not glazing chat, they are improving!

I ordered an extra-large meal, but the burger was really small. My Pepsi didn't come with a straw, and the fries had no salt and tasted old. Overall, I'm really disappointed with my order. I don't want a replacement, but I'd appreciate a refund or some compensation for the issues with my order.

I've had food from here on and off for a few months now and recently the quality has been awful it never used to be. my food is always cold and the chicken wings are either over cooked or brown and mushy with a weird chemically taste to them and it's really put me off ordering from here or the chicken

Ok for once I got no Onion on my Double Cheeseburger  liked I asked for,  But chips are  stale and  Inedible McChickenpatty stale and hard,
