Would be five star if fries were actually cooked to crisp. The last time I ordered, I asked for them to be cooked, still came undercooked and anemic looking. This has been going on for months now, limp undercooked fries. They are the best fries when cooked properly. But who wants limp fries? No me.

Food a little colder than usual, and store is very close to me. Fries were undercooked. It's hit and miss with this store, but generally fairly satisfied. Often there are missing items, too. Please be more careful about getting orders right, and not undercooking fries.

They get the order wrong 99.9% of the time. They always forget sauces for the nuggets and never provide straws for drinks, napkins, or utensils. This is a poorly managed franchise that seems more focused on revenue than on customer satisfaction or following the franchise handbook. They reheat old fries by dropping them back in the fryer, as if no one will notice, and on top of that, they don’t even bother to properly fill the fry containers. This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the state of Michigan.

Burger is usually good, but it was over done, and the fries were either old or the oil that cooked the fries was old.
