I never leave reviews of orders on DoorDash, but I could not pass this one up… This was the best Ramen I ever had... amazing

First time trying udon like this. It's not bad! Warning: the raw garlic, green onion, and chives is a bit strong and the dish is oily to help mix the dry noodles. Chashu is dry. But my favorite is the soft boiled egg! The meat sauce is a bit too salty for me, so I give it a 3. I see the appeal and think it's worth trying once. I see myself craving this if it was less salty.

This was not a good value. There was way too much raw garlic in the bowl and the chashu tasted reheated. I was excited to try this place but I would not order again.

Karaage was tasty, the Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba flavor is good but the noodle was a bit soggy
