I am a bit of an authority on Italian food as I cook alot of it as well as order it out when im busy, I have ordered from most italian restaurants in Colorado Springs more than once. The food at Mici is hands down the most consistently enjoyable place to order . The pasta is always cooked well and the chicken Parm is always cooked perfectly. Meatballs are seasoned like I season my own. The pizzas always have a crispy crust and the cheese is definately high end. Its feels like when they cook the meals they are cooking for their familys and not for a paycheck. Sometimes a meal for me is the most enjoyable aspect of my day ( i manage a large team of salespeople) so when people put love into the preparation of my meal, it really means alot to me. Big thank you to the Mici Family for giving me the ability to eat a home cooked meal even when im away from home.

The pizza was very good but the salad was horrible! All of the lettuce was wilted, old and with that slime it gets. And it was very small for $7. It was the house salad and I remember having a Ceasar salad at the restaurant that was delicious.

The ham was practically non-existent. as you can see from this picture, tiny little pieces and maybe eight or nine of these little pieces in there. oh and then as you can see the lettuce is all wilty and just bad. Some of it was even rotten. This antipasto salad was anti- edible and anything but large.

We order often from this restaurant but all 3 meals were not up to normal standards. All the toppings on the pizza were dumped in the middle of the pizza. The antipasta salad was not as big as it normally was and the caprese salad was not made with cherry tomatoes. It was disappointing.

I have loved everything I have ever ordered from Mici! I decided to try it one night because I wanted to try something new, plus there was an extra discount. Mici has become one of my absolute favorites to have delivered. Their salads, pizza, and pasta are delicious and responsibly priced!

Mici's handcrafted pizzas start with family-recipe dough (flour, salt, water, yeast and a touch of sugar), proofed at least 48 hrs, then baked directly on a hot stone for a crisp outside and chewy middle. Pro Tip: Stone-baked pizzas are best enjoyed fresh from our commercial oven. For an enhanced experience at home, preheat your oven to 350°F with a cookie sheet upside-down on the rack. Place slices directly on the hot sheet and bake 3–4 minutes to restore that authentic crisp.
