Oh my! The food was wonderful! My 1st time ordering from this vendor & will be ordering again. Unfortunately vegetable tempura was not available & no chopsticks or shoyu provided; had wasabi/ fresh grated ginger & a small cont. of sauce for gyoza; needed more sauce, too little. The Gyoza was great; gold color, crispy, nice size, nice amt. & type of minced filling, good flavor sauce, gyoza not dry or hard. Was so flavorful & fresh tasting. The Platter of sushi amazed us. EVERYTHING tasty & fresh-tasting. Rice was perfectly seasoned, prepped & cooked, was warm when we ate, seafood a variety, fresh, clean & faint scent not a strong fishy smell. So nicely prepared, rolled. Shinko maki was great too. Thank you for nicely prepping & packing all the food, makes it even more delicious, enjoyable. Good presentation. Thank you!
