Just coming back from Thailand, these flavors were great! The Pad See Ewe (Flat Rice Noodle) was cooked perfectly and was enough for leftovers. The Thai Iced Tea was insanely delicious! I'm not a huge sweets person, but it was perfect. Just like I got on the side of the road in Koh Samui a few weeks ago. 🔥

The assortment of veggies was delicious and not mushy. The chicken, beef and shrimp were generous and flavorful. I ordered the medium spice level,but it was hotter than I anticipated and I'm from NM where I grew up on very hot green and red Chile! I will order it again, but with a lower spice level.

The Ground Chicken or Pork Salad (Larb) is wonderful. Very flavorful and the portion is generous. The Coconut Soup (Tom Kha) is equally flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Definitely recommend. Solid choice.

Mint thai kitchen never disappoints, it's literally favorite place to to eat/order.
If there's one thing i can recommend to others about this restaurant is that you order and eat at the location instead of dashing, because with how their portions are its more food for your dollar. Trust me you'll get full and have some left over to get full off of later.
