No option to add ketchup to the Ballpark Dog is crazy. Also no option to hold relish & mustard. Phone # didnt work either to address this.
Luckily my dasher got me some ketchup. Need an option to hold the relish & mustard to reorder. Beef, onions & pretzel bun were great. Onion Rings were also great.

Save your money!!! The picture is very deceiving. It's a regular size dog with flavor you can easily just make at home. Pretzel bread dry af. The fries are a joke too for the price you get hardly anything. This would be smaller than a small fry from McDonald's.
This place what a let down.

definitely doesnt look like how it was advertised. the whole thing was very low quality, the meat was absolutely awful. the pretzel bun was cheap, and there was barely any cheese. i am very disappointed that i decided to try this.

The Ballpark Chicken Strips & Fries were over cooked, and dry. No flavor whatsoever. We also got the BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwich and Philly Cheesesteak. The pretzel buns were hard and stale tasting. The chicken and bacon were poorly treated (very overcooked). Both sandwiches were poorly prepared

I'm not really happy with how blad the steak was in the Philly cheese steak sandwich the portions of onions were good but the actual portion size to price was not all that great maybe it's just through door dash but idk
