Our first time trying but not the last!! Dogs were great, fries were on point. Pretzel buns are a perfect option for fully loaded dogs too.

The Delivered sandwich looked nothing like the pictures on doordash. The meat was old and dry. The bread was very stale. It was also only half of a sandwich, which in the pictures on doordash, it was definitely a much larger full sandwich with a much different bread. So it was a 13 dollar nasty waste. And the fries were $4 and that was all that came. They were decent however.

Absolute trash. My hotdog was wrapped in some tin foil so tight there was mustard and relish squeezed out all over it. It literally looked like some one grabbed it and squeezed it as hard as they can. It was a sloppy mess.the oinion rings were undercooked and I didn't get any dipping sauce even tho I selected it

The fries were cold, but that could have been because they were delivered. Yet, they were tasteless. The bun on my New York Steakhouse Sandwich was indeed soft, so it was as advertised there. However, there were no crispy onions on the sandwich...only grilled ones. Also, I could tell that the steak that was cooked for this sandwich was not marinated beforehand. The marinade/sauce was added either as the meat was being cooked, or as the meat was being warmed up, because outside of the sauce, the meat had little to no flavor...and there was a chew to the meat.
The hotdog that my husband ordered didn't come with relish, as advertised. The bun was soft, but didn't taste like a pretzel bun to him.
This order definitely wasn't worth what we paid for it, and we doubt we will return.

It is no pretzel bun and has no seasoning at all very dry hard hoagie bun fries undercooked no cheese on the sandwich
