One of the best burgers in the city! Will absolutely be back

The burger was kind of burnt, and contained less meat than I thought. Also the restaurant kept delaying my order which made my Doordasher wait way longer than is appropriate, and they had to switch out. Flavor is fine. The fries are way overseasoned, and too salty. They were crisp, so I would just get the original fries. Not sure if I would order again. Also the burger was kind of greasy. I really only ordered bc they had a deal happening for a buy one get one free.

The Big Classic Fries were really good, salty and crispy. The Big Brownie Batter Shake was so disappointing though, would not order again. Didn't really taste like chocolate and had a weird almost chemically aftertaste.

They forgot my fries and I ordered the sauce on the side. I ordered the burger that was supposed to have like lettuce and there was no lettuce. The shake was good but way overpriced for the size. Honestly was really disappointed. And they said they were preparing for like an hour then made my dasher wait even longer.

Absolutely horrible. What an abysmal and embaressing order. Not sure what made them thing this was acceptable to serve. I ordered two burgers with gluten free buns. I paid extra for the gluten free buns. What arrived was two individual patties with cheese, lettuce, pickles, and sauce (didn't get any onions btw). WRAPPED IN PAPER. The restaurant made 0 effort to cancel the order, let me know they didn't have gluten free buns, offer a substitution, offer a refund. They literally packaged and sent off two oil soaked patties in paper. They arrived cold, soaked in oil, and with the bag dripping. This was disgusting.
