Ordered thru Door Dash. Food was excellent. The Karl's Burger was a refreshing change from the regular fast food burgers. The Signature Fries are bitey, but delicious! The delivery was quick, and the food arrived hot. This business operates out of Brewer's Ruby Tuesday building. I must say that the entire experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend them!

The food was delicious but on the last 2 pic you will see stains on the outside of my food container. I believe it was chilli of some sort. My Bacon double was NOT supposed to come with any chilli. The fries were ridiculously spicy hot with about 15 fries in the container. We could not enjoy them at all!! Besides me paying DoorDash $40 something dollars for this first time experience, im giving them a 2 star because my container should not look like that with other food on it! ( presentation is everything!! Also your Signature Fries were way too hot for the small amount we received. The 2 stars were for the Chicken Sandwich Combo. My son enjoy it very much. We will give them another try someday :o}

The fries arent cooked, the burgers are half the size of a slider. To say im disappointed is a giant under statement. Any fast food place is better than this place. I wish I could give it a zero star.

The burger is good, but do not waste your money on this place. The portions are insulting, especially considering what you pay. I've ordered a few times from there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time I saw how pathetically small the portions were. I'm done ordering there from here on out. It wasn't a fluke, they are just trying to make as much of a profit by not treating the consumer with an ounce of dignity. It's absolutely insulting how much you pay, for so little. Don't be fooled by their pics, you will be getting next to nothing, so I hope you're not hungry.

The chicken and fries were extremely hot but not very flavorful, chicken wasn't a breast piece as it showed but two smaller pieces that were more patty like than a breast slab. Overall the food was pretty good but not worth the overall price
