• 22/7/23The MILKSHAKE was fire but a little too sweet for but add some milk and it should be fine. The MAC AND CHEESE BURGER is soo good but its too much food for one person so If plan to getit just know that its a huge burger overall 8.5/10

• 28/7/25The store requested extra time preparing my food, which I normally wouldn't mind. However, I only live 3 miles from the store, yet my milkshake arrived completely melted, so they must have prepared the milkshake first and left it to sit (and melt) while waiting on my entree. I would expect better scheduling when preparing a meal. It was a frothy liquid that ended up just going into the drain- a waste of $5.
The fries were not fresh, so the flavor and texture was nothing exciting. I ordered them topped with rotel cheese, which arrived in a cup on the side. The cheese was completely solid which leads me to believe it wasn't fresh either. I had to microwave it to make it dippable. The portion of fries for a side was acceptable though.
For my entree I ordered the new TERRI-YAKI CHICKEN WRAP; it was smaller than I expected and honestly nothing memorable either; not bad, but not exactly good.
I don't think I would order MugShots for delivery again.

• 13/2/26Paid almost 60 bucks for food and the pickles were salt as heck. Didn't not seem fresh and I prefer their DAVIS PICKLE CHIPS over most places. Not sure if I would order again . Portion was generous but still so darn salty!!!!!!!!!!!

• 31/3/24this is my first time eating from this restaurant. the HAILEY P'S EGG SANDWICH is pretty good. the bun is so soft and fresh. the onion rings are soggy but thank God for an air fryer. However, the Rotel CHA CHA CHIPS is not up to par. they only gave me 1/2 cup of dip and the chips are stale. I have a lemonade and a strawberry lemonade and it seems that neither of them were made with sugar. they are really bitter and not sweet at all. but I'm sure I will give this restaurant another try.
