The picture says it all! The brisket is tender and cooked to perfection. And I can't say enough about the potato salad; it is delicious. I order at least once a month. It's that good! Oh, I almost forgot....the proportions are substantial!

Holyyyyy cow!!! This was absolutely delicious. I'll start with the protein; I ordered the sliced brisket and the pulled pork. There was two big slices of amazingly tender brisket that just melts in your mouth. A great sized portion of pulled pork that I put on the Brioche Bun to make great sandwich that was paired really well with the spicy bbq sauce. For sides I got cornbread and beans. The corn bread came as four good size pieces of corn bread that had a nice cheese crust on top and a hint of jalapeño throughout. and good side of beans.

Ordered the Garden Salad with brisket. It was huge!! The veggies were fresh. I was only able to eat half of it, saving the other half for tomorrow night. At $10.50 and getting two meals from it, it is a deal!!

Start off by saying meat was okay but it was bland and no smoke flavor. Got three ribs and 3 thick slices of brisket. Bbq sauce was good. The bad was the sides. Beans were dry and tasteless. Mac was hard and had no cheese. Corn bread was hard, I mean how do you mess up corn bread. Not a place that prides their food will not go back.

The pit boss is definitely a great choice . Only issue was the rib that was given was primarily bone with very little meat . The brisket was perfectly moist and tender as well as the pulled pork. I do wish the bbq beans were cooked a bit softer as well as more bbq taste . Overall my favorite bbq from the big chain restaurants! Will be orders again soon .
