I enjoyed the Gilroy Roll and Croquettes very much. The menu seemed to offer more of a variety by way of sushi options, than other places in town. Everything always tastes fresh. The portions are good for the cost. The potato Croquette is tasty. Light and crispy on the outside; soft, mashed, flavorful potato inside. I have tried other sushi places in Gilroy. I keep going back to Ninja Sushi.

My wife was happy with her meal. She loves the Salmon Teriyaki & California Rolls. 
However I am disappointed with Ninja taking 25 minutes to confirm my order back to me. Ultimately waiting one hour for the food.

The California roll is usually good but this time the crab and avocado was sour. The salmon was very good though

The chicken was super dry, the California rolls were very fishy tasting. Just very poor quality food.

The Tiana  sashimi was bad tasting and off color , I got food to go and didn't check it till I goat home
