Was so excited when I saw Noodleverse was opening in Lakeview. The DoorDash $12 meal deals cannot be beat here - the spicy beef noodle soup is insane. Massive portions, super flavorful, and nice packaging that keeps the noodles out of the broth until you're ready to enjoy for maximum freshness. The Dan Dan noodles are also excellent - creamy/nutty/meaty/spicy and so so delicious. Also enjoyed the beef scallion pancake but would love if it had like a hoisin or similar sauce on/with it. Do not skip out on the salad bar, the cilantro tiger salad is my favorite!! I will return as many times as I can physically and financially handle.

chicken karaage was uncooked this the second time I just gave them a chance because I like their bubble tea and I always order from them when it comes a bubble tea!!
