The burger was perfect. Hot and good portion. Almost as good as visiting. The chips however, were not very good. Dark brown. Looked like cheap or off-season potatoes if that's even possible. They used the wrong potatoes not made for chips probably because they were cheaper. Refried and like cardboard tasting chips. I even paid $5 extra for the big chips so god knows paid $10 for chips that sucked.

the burger with was nice! unfortunately the chips had no seasoning and they weren't cooked through (transparent white in colour).

3rd time now where this store has not sent 2x gravy as ordered - if you don't have any, then update the order, why am I paying for something I never receive? Very very disappointing
