We ordered the Chicken Thighs Pargiot Plate and were disappointed when it arrived as half the entree we thought it would be and missing the rice and cabbage. It was half a plate of some chicken with chickpeas. I called and they said they would refund me, but there was no sense of concern or apology. They said they were out of cabbage. No explanation for missing rice or half portion for a dish that costs $24. I was supposed to get a call back to confirm the reimbursement. A day later, I'm still waiting for that call and to see the refund. They have a great reputation but this was my first experience with them and I was highly disappointed from start to finish. We would not order this (or likely even from here) again, unfortunately.

The chicken tasted like a week old reheated meat. the qu has drop significantly at this place.
