Grilled Center - Cut Pork Rib Chop was phenomenal. Honestly the best thing I've eaten this year. It did get moved around a bit in delivery but it was so good. The orzo was lemony and herby. Pork chop cooked to perfection.
The Desert Rose is always fantastic in the restaurant, it was just as good at home.

We ordered the chicken wings, the beef bulgogi bowl, the Cobb salad, the grown up Mac and cheese and the breadsticks. The breadsticks are great and the beer cheese they come with is also great. Wish the container for the beer cheese was bigger, maybe 4oz. The buffalo wings were excellent. Big and juicy. 10/10. The ranch is also very good. The mac and cheese was good but nothing to write home about. 8/10. We paid the $6 extra for chicken, and don't think it was worth it. There was not enough chicken. Plenty of bacon though. My Cobb salad was huge, the lettuce was fresh. But it was missing chicken. It says it comes with chicken but there was none. Very disappointed. And the beef bulgogi bowl I would NEVER order for the price. You could get a beef bowl from Waba grill and it would be better especially for the value. I kid you not the rice was a sad scoop, the kimchi and cucumbers were sub par and there was a small amount of beef. Sad. They're charging $30+ dollars for this bowl on DD and it is NOT worth it. Don't buy it. So definitely a mixed order on this lol.

Last two orders of the salmon have been squished into a very small leftover container, and the fish has been dry possibly as a result.

I love OBC, but the Tri Tip is just too hard to chew. It's not tender at all. I don't exactly know their cooking technique, but it looks like they might sous-vie their Tri tip because I did not find a Maillard reaction on the outer layer of the tri. It also did have more fat than I like. I always do recommend the breadsticks.

If you add chicken you will be disappointed. Portions size is about 3 oz. Too much money for below average offering.
