chicken shawarma was good. I like how they have light sauce options for dieters. that along with olive oil they use and fresh veggies make it a good option if you're trying to eat healthy. if only they could also add whole wheat pita and it would be perfect

I ordered a beef and chicken mix on the rocks and it was horrible very little chicken and the beef I don't even know if it was beef was stringy and tough. my husband's chicken shawarma wrap had maybe a couple pieces of chicken and they were charging $12 for it makes no sense don't go here On The ROCKS®Shawarma Wrap

I usually love Osmow's and always order the same thing, falafel on the rocks but this time they weren't good. while well fried, inside the falafel tastes raw unlike it tasting nice usually. and the quantity was lower than usual too. maybe it's a location specific problem.

The chicken was old.
The small wrap was not packed properly it was out.
The salad had only two pita chips
