An establishment built to last.
Palate Kitchen has gained a reputation as one of Vancouver's most recognized all-day café-restaurants for its magnificent décor, traditional food, great coffee,…
Absolutely love this place. Fruit crunch bowl is a must have. steak and eggs are the best deal in my opinion. you get so much protein and plus mushroom and potatoes that comes with the steak are amazing! Another must have item is a lamb ragu!! so delicious!!
I order at leaset 2-3 times a week from palate kitchen and the consistency of food is perfection. They have never failed yet! (Ajay: could we please go back to original fruit crunch bowl container? it's just not the same...when you had wider bowl I could scrape the bottom dates part with the fruits but this new bowl changes the texture...)

I'm also wanted to add that palate kitchen's french toast is a die for. it is so decedent. Their avocado toast is great. In house baked sour dough is so yummy. everything I have ordered form the menu has been all good!! 💯 the best breakfast / brunch / lunch place in Vancouver!!!

The English Breakfast used to be amazing. However, now the potatoes and mushrooms are a a little tasteless and the quantity of baked beans they give is shocking! Not more than 1-2 tablespoon's worth. Clearly misrepresented in the image.

Over all it was ok. The fruit crunch bowl is hella disappointing. There's a layer of cereal, not sure what that's about.
The French toast was ok, that caramel sauce is something else though.

The Eggs Benedict with Pulled Pork was not particularly enjoyable. There's no sides. You get better value elsewhere.
