The soup was mostly broth. The sandwich was messy due to too much sauce.

Normally do not have issues with Panera. I always get a simple sandwich and soup. Tonight the only edible thing was my apple. The soup tasted like it was just a cup of oil and the sandwich was stale and not good. Very disappointed.

Both Cinnamon Crunch Bagels were toasted and I didn't order toasted. Also, they were burned and hard.

The sandwich is getting smaller and smaller every time I order it. soup is good and that's why I keep ordering this meal

My coffee came uncovered where anyone can drink it or drop something in it. Otherwise everything else was good.
