Food arrived hot and fresh, everything came as ordered. Particularly happy with the soup as I was really craving it on this fine gloomy day. Have never been disappointed with Panera when ordered in the past.

The soup comes in such a tiny plastic cup, it's not even a bowl, it's a cup, definitely not worth it 10 dollars. I love Panera when I go to the actual restaurant, but the size it's not even close on delivery . I was quite disappointed

The two chicken NOODLE soups had only two noodles in each soup.
Baguettes were old and stale. We had even ordered an extra baguette.
Missing from our order was the berry yogurt parfait.
VERY disappointed in the order!

I ordered a $3 Brownie Cheesecake Bite and I got one that was broken in half. Zero cheesecake and less than a bites worth of brownie.

I would like a refund back for my chicken noodle soup, I received a full cup of broth nothing more. Called the store and was told they can't control the ratio of how much broth is given.
