Everything was delicious! The sausage scrambled egg and cheese on ciabatta, vanilla cinnamon roll and their new Fuji Apple Cranberry drink was excellent!

The soup was inedible and the bread was stale. My chicken and rice soup had a weird gelatinous texture, and there was only one small piece of chicken. I've had this soup many times before but it was never like this.

Took forever to arrive so bad service there. My wife's salad had only had a few pieces of chicken. My grilled cheese was simply not tasty. W won't order from Panera's again.

They forgot my half sandwich from my you pick two order. My boyfriend had to go and pick it up. We ordered delivery for the convenience so this was a big inconvenience. When he picked it up they were re-toasting it instead of offering a fresh one. The bread was rock hard and burnt. They also didn't offer a refund or any compensation except "next time you come in you'll get a free entree". I wanted something then and there for the inconvenience. They offered me a free pastry over the phone but never gave the pastry to my boyfriend when he picked it up. Horrible experience. $60+ for that?? Never again.
