This soup and grilled cheese really hit the spot. The tomato soup was absolutely fantastic - very creamy and full of flavor. The grilled cheese was perfectly sized and not greasy. Loved it all!

I used to eat at Panera several times a week about 5 years ago and haven't been there in quite some time. I ordered today and wow ... the quality totally went downhill. The portion size for a "whole" salad was what the half size used to be. The chicken tastes like store-bought packaged chicken which didn't use to be the case. You used to be able to add a variety of other ingredients to your salad and that doesn't seem to be available. Even the dressing cup is smaller. The only consistently good item was the French Baguette which is still delicious.
I can't justify paying the cost of these salads anymore. I used to think to myself "I know this is expensive, but it is so worth it." Not anymore! It's really not much different than a salad from a fast-food restaurant. Save yourself money and get a salad somewhere else.

Placed my order at 11:30am for a regular size ceaser salad Broc Cheddar Soup bread bowl and a Cherry Lime Fresca. Drink has hardly any ice and tastes watered down. 1 tiny little cup of dressing that doesn't even cover the salad, left out the French baguette, and to top it off, did not get my food til 12:34. This was not a dasher issue this was a Panera issue. And the salad is room temp at best. And the picture of the drink I haven't even had one sip.

Soup(Broc Cheddar) was still hot and delicious! 1/2 sandwich( Tuna) just enough and it too was delicious! Always love a Choc chip cookie! Order says French Bag side comes with my order bur I didn't get it.

Delivery was fine.
The sandwich was sloppy. Two quarter size pieces of tomato, barely enough avocado to say avocado smeared on it. One piece of bacon on one side of the sandwich (got a whole, not a half).
