• 12/3/22I've always enjoyed food from Panera. Got introduced when I lived in GA, and the quality hasn't changed here in CT. Very fresh, crisp ingredients; their salads are the best, and I love the chips as a side. I'll definitely be back.

• 19/10/26Ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. The chicken was rubbery and bland, and the baguette was so stale I could barely bite. I used to love Panera Bread, but I threw out half the salad and the whole baguette after that first bite.

• 7/9/26Mango smoothie did not taste like mango, taste more like plain yogurt. And the sandwich was terrible. Wasted my money

• 11/12/24I didn't see an option on DoorDash to place a catering order, so I used the Family Value option as I was placing an order for 10 people. I just received feedback that the delivery was not what we expected from Panera. I was told the order looked like it was just thrown together, way too many spoons, only one knife and it didn't seem like enough food to feed 8 people.

• 16/4/25Sometimes they hollow out the Sourdough Bread Bowl while other times they don't. Recently, their French baguettes leave little to be desired. Broccoli Cheddar Soup - Group is supposed to come with 4 French baguettes, but that's not always the case, either. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup - Group , however, is mouth watering.
