Delicious cheesteak with tons of meat, and I appreciate this store getting my order right when other famous chain sub stores got it completely wrong

My sandwich was thrown together, it was literally made upside down and my fries looked old, felt stale and barely filled the cup. I considered eating it until I realized the sandwich was upside down. That solidified that I can't trust this place which is unfortunate.

Best fries ever, and better value than five guys. My ONLY complaint is that I'd like to have the option to have my bread extra toasty. This is our go-to for hot subs!

Horrible the salad was literally 95% lettuce with little to no meat , no dressing even though I ordered extra. 15$ for bs.

The quality of food at this Penn Station has consistently gone down over the years. I will no longer order from here as I receive ice-cold fries every time, and the prices are way too high to justify. Subs are inconsistent, and have caution ordering extra meat or cheese, as you likely won't receive it.
