would have been better but the small fry at almost $4 is ridiculously tiny. not worth paying for. chicken Parm was fantastic but they forgot the tomatoes when making the dagwood and ended up just tossing them loose in the wrapper. messy.

This store repeatedly misses items, gives such little meat that you feel like you're eating dry bread, toppings are non-existent and fries soggy. Used to be a favorite, but has gone downhill. Terrible and will not order again.

I ordered several condiments on the sandwhich that didn't get put on and it was overloaded with pizza sauce so bad it wouldn't stay together.

Everytime I order from this specific store, there is something wrong with my order. I have never gotten an order completely correct. Either ordering online, door dash, or even in store there is always an issue with the food I receive. This specific order my sandwich had no honey mustard at all. Wish I could order from the Penn station on 42 in Florence. Much better quality there.
