I always order the same sub (grilled veggie) and usually enjoy. Tonight however I am disappointed. I added avocado and bacon, for $2 each mind you, and got no avocado and very little bacon. Supposed to have mayo and instead was so soaked with oil and vinegar that the bread was mush.
I also ordered a Cheddar Cheese Dipper for my fries and didn't receive it.

First time trying penn station. It was very mid. Im not sure if is a chain issue or just this location. The sandwich was standard and flavorless. The fries were soggy, floppy, and overcooked. I dont think we will spend money on this again.

Turkey Bacon Ranch I paid $2.71 for extra bacon, there was two slices of bacon. IfI would have known that it was only going to be one slice I wouldn't have wasted the money.

It's good that you can customize things for light or extra now, makes a big difference on my Dagwood. Only problem is fries just dont travel well, they become greasy when they arent piping hot, nothing can be done about that.

Didn't order onions on my sub, but tasted like onions all over it. Almost like they mix the lettuce and onions in a tub. Used to be so good just a few years ago, now it's mediocre at best. Think they've changed their ham over the years.
