Both the Cheesesteak Wrap and the Chicken Teriyaki Sub & Small Fresh Cut Fries Penn Pair were absolutely delicious and soft which I liked. 10/10 would order again.

Usually a decent lunch pick, today was not the day. I ordered a sandwich and everything was wrong except the turkey and cheese... put oil and vinegar, peppers, etc. the bread was stale in some places and totally soaked in other places. I had to throw it away without eating but 1 bite... don't know what happened... hopefully there will be a next time

food was very good.... they were out of sweet tea but they called and made a good substitution.... the Chocolate Chunk Cookie was not in bag.......I worked in Food Buisness for 20+ years and none of my to-go orders ever left without double checking.

Ok being that I ordered at 9:51 I expected sucky service but not this sucky. & I even called the store because you guys closed at 10 . But the sandwich was rushed chicken didnt even taste fully done .

Not only was the food horrible but the staff has horrible customer service. The sandwich wasn't hot for it be freshly made. The store was out of fries and instead of refunding me for the fries, they put the remnants of the fries they had left in the bag. I found out through a couple that had also been waiting for their order. Overall horrible food and experience. Never again.
