Pancakes have little to no syrup and half the berries in the photo. Side order of scrambled eggs have a strange purple/ blue liquid cooked into them.

steak was not proper size, unseasoned and done well when it was ordered medium rare and tasted horrible .Mashed potatoes had no gravy they were ordered with gravy.
Second dish fish was extremely dry. It seems like they don't care about your order at all if you order pickup. We ordered 80 dollars worth of food and it was borderline disgusting refer to the described to steak I ordered.

The chicken strips in the melt were borderline burnt. While there was no visible charring, the strips were very crispy and dark, and I could taste charring it in every bite. I've ordered this dish several times, and this is the first time I've had this specific issue.
