First time trying pho! This was a great first impression. The broth arrived nice and hot, and was very flavorful. Veggies were crisp and fresh Everything was packaged intuitively and separately to prevent soggy ingredients. The Bee Cup - Honey Lemonade was also fantastic; light and refreshing.

Deep rich flavor in broth
Meat was tender as it should've been but I only got two small pieces of beef and the brisket was ALL connective tissue and fat so it was very chewy and not smooth to go along with the broth.
Portion def wasn't what I expected for the price. We order from different places and that was the smallest amount of everything except the broth I've ever seen for the price.
Also wanted me to pay for to go utensils.
Never seen that one before either.

This place has become my go-to! My favorite is the fried rice, but I'm glad I tried the vermicelli plate -- same awesome flavor and (for me) a large portion size. I really like how easy add-ons are and I love all their fresh juices, too!!

10/10, great P 4. STEAK Pho broth with tender meat; had to put in a bigger bowl because it was huge. SO Delicious! Paired with the fresh Young coconut juice literally cured me. Would definitely order again!

P 5. VEGETARIAN Pho Was delicious and loaded!! tons of extra broth. I added the egg 6. Egg Yolk with Broth and got extra CRISPY FRIED TOFU and irs perfect for me! added some of my own crunchy garlic chili and I'm in heaven
