Presentation good. Totem bag cool. Soup yum. Chicken cold (needs to be at least room temperature - but it this what makes it authentic? To serve cold?), rice good. Chicken portion good.

Beef with Flat Rice Noodle tasted a bit bland. Chef probably forgot to put salt. Price of Prawn and Pork Rice Paper Roll on the high side, not worth it. Sauce was tasty though

Hainanese Chicken Rice is a very tasty meal,there was a nice surprise with the little soup that comes with it, and I love the flavours💖😋
