• 26/1/24 Meal was amazing as always. Gingerbeef was mild as requested, and the shrimp..well it was all very tasty.

• 23/9/26I am regular customer who orders the Dinner for 1 always the same items. Fried rice, ginger beef and chicken mixed vegetables The smell today was off putting (foul). The rice was uncooked. Portion size keeps getting worse and the quality downhill. Chicken veg had 1 small piece of chicken and spoiled veg. Broccoli was yellow total amounted to about 1/3 c at best. Ginger beef was small overcooked and bitter pieces again not fresh and foul tasting. complete waste of money and phoenix has lost my faith and business. very disappointed
if that were me I would be embarrassed to let that leave my restaurant. unacceptable
stand behind your product and treat it with care and attention its what your customers deserve.

• 4/9/26the 40. Sweet & Sour Chicken Ball (12) were small and not many in the package for what you got. the sauce was vinegary and thin.
the egg 1. Egg Roll (2) were small and overcooked.

• 21/6/25I would give the 3. Crab Rangoon a5/10. I am certain they were not made in house but are purchased pre-made frozen. but the taste was okay.
I was not pleased to open the container and find all the items just thrown together. the chicken balls were not at all what I expected they too are bought Frozen items that have been reheated I was looking forward to the chicken balls that have the batter and are deep fried fresh. the noodles we're so salty I could not eat them. the rice is very mushy it's not made with leftover rice but with fresh rice so it's just a pile of mush and it is so garlicky again it is unpalatable I picked off what it could eat of the vegetables and that's about as far as I could get with this it's a lot of food and I'm sure some people like it I will leave it for them but I am glad I tried it

• 9/3/26This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. The crab Rangoon was very good cooked up perfection. The deep fried shrimp were nice and larger than I expected. The sweet-and-sour chicken balls were good. But I was not impressed with my chicken Shanghai noodles, they were burnt, not pleasant tasting and I got 3/4 of my order was fried rice which I never ordered cause I can't eat rice. I don't know why it was in there. We'll have to rethink about ordering there again not sure if I would maybe for the crab Rangoon though.
