This was my second time ordering the chicken breast pho from this business, but the consistency was very disappointing compared to my past experience. Instead of a full chicken breast, the soup only contained small scraps of chicken. Additionally, the broth leaked entirely through the plastic bag because the restaurant used insecure packaging for a soup item. I specifically ordered this comforting meal because I was sick, so the lack of food quality and poor packaging was a major letdown.

This was my second time ordering from Phowheels. The first time, I ordered pickup from the Burtonsville location and was very satisfied. I ordered the pho with chicken breast, and it was exactly what I expected.
The second time, I ordered delivery from the Union Market location and got the same dish. Unfortunately, the quality was completely different. Instead of a full chicken breast, the soup contained small scraps of chicken, which was very disappointing.
On top of that, the broth leaked through the plastic bag during delivery. While I understand that may have been the driver’s fault, I think the restaurant should consider using more secure packaging for soups and other broth-based items to help prevent leaks.
It’s frustrating that the quality and consistency of to-go orders can vary so much, especially when customers aren’t dining in. I was sick and specifically ordered pho because I was looking forward to a comforting meal, so this experience was especially disappointing.

OG roti tacos were super tasty! I loved the pork belly meat it was tender and flavorful and the roti was soft and fresh. 2 of them filled me up I would definitely order again!

Ctfu never getting that pho from there again. Amateurs. Don’t know what they doing. Flavorless they did NOT give me any limes it was just not good then they put the broth in the noodles I kinda knew then it was going to be bad then. I’ll just stick to what I know roll play has had the best pho so no need to switch up lol but those egg rolls. They were AMAZING filling consistency isn't that good tho. One was super full the other was very lightly filled. I do look forward to trying other things but that'll take some time lol
