Pizza Hut is no longer the brand we used to crave. We’ve been loyal customers for years, but the declining value and inconsistent quality have finally pushed us away. The portions are shrinking, the prices are climbing, and the wings were nothing more than salty, bony scraps. Even the pasta portion felt like an afterthought for the price. After being overcharged and having items forgotten (like our $7 soda), we’ve decided this was our last visit. Where's my refund? :/Management needs to address these standards before they lose the rest of their legacy fans.
