Bad service. The restaurant doesn’t offer delivery, so I placed an order through DoorDash. However, it was impossible to order a gluten-free pizza through the app, so right after placing the order I called to ask if it could be changed to gluten-free. The person who answered told me it wasn’t possible, and after putting me on hold, connected me with the manager.
The only solution the manager offered was to replace my large cheese pizza (worth $23) with a small gluten-free pizza. To make matters worse, the pizza didn’t even have an even distribution of cheese and sauce. A double loss—poor customer service and poor product.

Pizza was underdone and crust was chewy. Cinnabon minis were still doughy in the middle and lacked flavor. Traditional Wings were okay. $75 regretfully spent on very poor quality food.

I'm not sure what happened this evening but our meat lovers pizza was NOTHING like we have ever gotten from Pizza Hut before. It had a chemical odor and it was a little spicy. We have never had an issue before and I will be returning it tomorrow. The wings and the breadsticks were fantastic. Thank you
