Please use fresh dough for stuffed crust pizza. it gets tough when it's over proofed and left to sit past shelf life.
I started my working career at this restaurant when it was a dine in decades ago. trust me I know the dough was past expiration by at least 10 hours.

Got the medium Pepperoni Lover's® Pizza, 6 piece honey bbq Traditional Wings & Breadsticks & they were all good. solid 8.5/10.
